Situé à Courteron, au cœur de la côte des Bar, le domaine Réaut s’inscrit dans une harmonie profonde avec la nature. Pionnière en biodynamie dans la région, l’exploitation fabrique son propre compost pour nourrir ses sols. Guidés par une vision claire et avant-gardiste, les propriétaires ont remis la terre au centre de tout, en écoutant ses besoins, ses cycles, et en répondant avec soin et précision. Ce respect pour le terroir, cet amour pour la terre vivante, a donné naissance à des champagnes où chaque bulle raconte une histoire, celle d’un équilibre subtil entre tradition et innovation. À leur tour, les enfants d’Alain et Thérèse, Alexandre et Laure, reprennent le domaine et perpétuent cette vision. La vinification est elle aussi précise, de la vendange jusqu’à l’assemblage.
