The dark blond color of this gourmet ratafia is reminiscent of the caramel lollipops of our childhood. The fine, syrupy structure is enhanced by fine acidity, and barrel ageing lends this nectar hints of Armagnac. Perfect with the sweetness of a Petit Corona Romeo y Julieta cigar.

Stéphanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel handcraft their cuvées from two parcels of Pinot Meunier and two micro-parcels of Chardonnay in the commune of Chierry. Biodynamic (certified in 2015), they make their own potions, use fertilizers from their own herds and plant fruit and vegetables in the vineyard. Braiding tests are also carried out. The wines are generally aged for ten months in barrel, and bottled using traditional tools.
