A rare white Coteaux Champenois made only from Meunier grapes from the 2018 harvest. This wine spent two winters maturing before being bottled in May 2020, and is proving to be very successful. The nose is particularly fine and mineral. The palate matches with a lively, vibrant wine of great and beautiful tension. But only 850 bottles…. what a shame !

Chevreux-Bournazel

Stéphanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel handcraft their cuvées from two parcels of Pinot Meunier and two micro-parcels of Chardonnay in the commune of Chierry. Biodynamic (certified in 2015), they make their own potions, use fertilizers from their own herds and plant fruit and vegetables in the vineyard. Braiding tests are also carried out. The wines are generally aged for ten months in barrel, and bottled using traditional tools.
