The freshness and tenderness of white fruits are evident from the very first aromas, while sweeter, floral notes enrich the bouquet with sweet scents (Mexican orange blossom, acacia and elderberry), brightened by sweet spices (white pepper, licorice stick). Freshness and acidity are balanced on the palate in a brilliant, crystalline, straightforward texture. A sensation of purity that lingers right through to the finish, with minerality, a blend of sweet citrus and red berries, and a salty, lip-smacking edge. We can't get enough.

Since the 2023 harvest, Loann Mignon has been stepping up to take over from his father, Christophe, who has proudly upheld the fine values of this 6-hectare estate where the Meunier grape reigns supreme. In the heart of the Marne Valley, between Festigny and Le Breuil, the twenty or so plots are cultivated using alternative methods certified by Arterra: the lunar calendar, geobiology, phytotherapy, homeopathy, soil cultivation, and the preparation of herbal preparations and dynamic solutions. The “ADN de Meunier” cuvées are vinified in enameled steel tanks without any time in oak, while the “ADN de Foudre” cuvées are aged in oak casks.
