A creamy, generous, gourmet cuvee with tea, spices, yellow fruit on the juice, candied fruit, some lovely zest flavors (orange...), but also rose, cotton candy, candy apple. This richness, this delicious gourmandise finds its balance with a finely structured framework that also stretches out with a touch of freshness on the finish.

A&J Demière

This family estate, located in Fleury-la-Rivière on the right bank of the Marne since 1936, began marketing its own production in 1945. Audrey and Jérôme, the third generation, have been in charge of the estate since 1998, creating the A&J Demière brand in 2003. A new winery was built in 2015, and the estate also offers gîtes and chambres d'hôtes. The vineyard includes all three classic grape varieties, with a majority of pinot meunier (50%) and pinot noir (30%), the remaining 20% being chardonnay. The house combines traditional methods (barrel vinification, ageing in troglodyte cellars) with innovative ones (ovoid vats, solera, parcel-based cuvées).
