This golden-colored wine first seduces with its delicate nose, blending citrus fruits, orange, lemon, peach, mango, brioche, vanilla and wild strawberry. On the palate, the fine bubbles bring vivacity and fleshy texture, supported by a mellow woodiness and delicious yellow fruits, balanced by a pleasant acidity. The long finish oscillates between yuzu, cocoa, coffee, salinity and citrus. A well-realized ensemble, perfect with fish en papillote.

Dom Caudron

Dom Caudron Champagne is located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Passy-Grigny, and cultivates 136 hectares of vineyards surrounding the village. Pinot Meunier accounts for 80% of the vineyard and is produced in several cuvées, allowing you to discover it in all its forms (white, rosé, old vines, etc.). This 100-member wine cooperative is named after Abbé Dom Caudron, who, in 1929, made a donation to the village’s winegrowers to help them establish their cooperative. CSR certification was obtained in 2024. The winery welcomes nearly 10,000 visitors a year, who explore the cellars via a walkway 6 meters above the ground.
