Fresh and fruity, the nose opens with fleshy aromas of stone fruit, pineapple, fresh almond and warm breadcrumbs. Intense freshness opens the palate, underscored by notes of pear sorbet, verbena and white peach. Not very blanc de noirs, but very pleasant.

Dom Caudron
Dom Caudron Champagne is located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Passy-Grigny, and cultivates 136 hectares of vineyards surrounding the village. Pinot Meunier accounts for 80% of the vineyard and is produced in several cuvées, allowing you to discover it in all its forms (white, rosé, old vines, etc.). This 100-member wine cooperative is named after Abbé Dom Caudron, who, in 1929, made a donation to the village’s winegrowers to help them establish their cooperative. CSR certification was obtained in 2024. The winery welcomes nearly 10,000 visitors a year, who explore the cellars via a walkway 6 meters above the ground.
