As the first creation of the estate, this Prediction is brightly coloured with pink highlights. Though quite discreet at first, the nose then reveals itself with notes of fresh grapes. The palate is appealing and evokes dried apricots and raisins. Prediction will match very well with white meat like a chicken tagine and apricots.

Dom Caudron

Dom Caudron Champagne is located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Passy-Grigny, and cultivates 136 hectares of vineyards surrounding the village. Pinot Meunier accounts for 80% of the vineyard and is produced in several cuvées, allowing you to discover it in all its forms (white, rosé, old vines, etc.). This 100-member wine cooperative is named after Abbé Dom Caudron, who, in 1929, made a donation to the village’s winegrowers to help them establish their cooperative. CSR certification was obtained in 2024. The winery welcomes nearly 10,000 visitors a year, who explore the cellars via a walkway 6 meters above the ground.
