Of the estate’s 9 hectares, nearly 8 are planted with Pinot Noir, the signature grape variety of the Côte des Bar region, the southernmost wine-growing area in Champagne. The family-owned estate, located in the village of Noé-les-Mallets, has been managed by Vincent Drouilly—a fourth-generation winemaker—since 1996. The wines are aged partly in oak for a minimum of 4 years. The estate adheres to the Terra Vitis charter and is also a member of the “Champagnes de Vignerons” label.
