There's no doubt that Pinot Meunier is present, with its pastry-like expression of quince, fig and honey. After a little aeration, roasted apricot and rosemary honey are gently expressed. On the palate, the bubbles are creamy and the texture suave and ripe, but not without roundness. The finish is more straightforward, leaving a pleasantly greedy and salivating imprint.

The Éric Taillet estate is proud of its terroir, with cuvées essentially made from Pinot Meunier grapes. With less than 6 ha, the 5th generation, Dylan and Léna Taillet, offer several cuvées, all with a strong identity and highly recommended. 20% of production is corked and stapled. For several years now, the fine work carried out here has been confirmed in clean, pure wines, both highly expressive and elegant, which are divided into four "Collections". Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate replants trees in its plots, promotes biodiversity and counts the number of earthworms per hectare.
