A nose that reveals the passage of time with its notes of mushroom, undergrowth, dried apricot and pear, evolving towards hints of roasted hazelnut, cinnamon and cumin after aeration. On the palate, the fine, delicate bubbles fade gently, carried by a lively acidity that runs vigorously across the palate. The light attack reveals a body structured around a tannic framework, combining nuts and candied citrus fruit. This lovely cuvée, full of finesse and softness, is an excellent introduction to older wines, and is easy to drink at the table.

Located in Épernay, on the famous Avenue de Champagne, Maison Esterlin is a well-established wine cooperative whose adventure began in 1947 when three winegrowers decided to join forces. Today, it boasts 200 members and 116 ha of vineyards. The company has three pressing sites as well as a vinification and storage facility (over 3 million bottles) in Mancy. For several years now, the cooperative has been committed to a responsible and environmental approach.
