The high proportion of Pinots in this vinous rosé is immediately apparent on opening. Scents of cooked strawberries, rhubarb, pink cookies and grapefruit reveal themselves on the nose. On the palate, the bubbles are sharp, but develop very evenly and are reinforced by a tangy raspberry retro-olfaction.

Esterlin
Esterlin
Located in Épernay, on the famous Avenue de Champagne, Esterlin is a well-established wine cooperative whose story began in 1948 when three winemakers decided to join forces. Today, it has nearly 400 members and cultivates 211 hectares of vineyards spread across 52 municipalities, resulting in a wide range of styles and terroirs. The company owns three pressing facilities as well as a winemaking and storage facility (with a capacity of over 3 million bottles) in Mancy. For several years now, the cooperative has been committed to responsible and environmentally conscious practices.
