This champagne seduces from the nose with its evolving aromas of walnut, almond, green apple, dried apricot and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, it combines acidic freshness and fullness, supported by fine, persistent bubbles. Its perfectly integrated dosage preserves a fine tension while offering a generous body. Its autumnal, slightly leathery finish evokes a walk in the woods, while retaining a pretty fruitiness that makes you salivate. Esterlin

Located in Épernay, on the famous Avenue de Champagne, Esterlin is a well-established wine cooperative whose story began in 1948 when three winemakers decided to join forces. Today, it has nearly 400 members and cultivates 211 hectares of vineyards spread across 52 municipalities, resulting in a wide range of styles and terroirs. The company owns three pressing facilities as well as a winemaking and storage facility (with a capacity of over 3 million bottles) in Mancy. For several years now, the cooperative has been committed to responsible and environmentally conscious practices.
