Franck Debut is based in the town of Hermonville, 10 km northwest of Reims, located in the historic Saint-Thierry mountain range. As a cooperative member and grower, he cultivates just over 8 ha, three-quarters of which are planted on hillsides. The plots benefit from a south-facing exposure to ensure optimal ripeness. The estate has chosen to plant 60% of its vineyards with Meunier, 25% with Pinot Noir, and 15% with Chardonnay. The oldest vines are forty years old, with some being uprooted every two or three years to renew the vineyard. Franck Debut welcomes you for a visit.
