Champagne Maxime Blin is a family-owned estate located in Trigny, in the heart of the Saint-Thierry Massif. Growing grapes exclusively on the sandy terroir of this Champagne wine-growing region, the estate produces single-vineyard cuvées that showcase the distinctive character of Trigny. Maxime and Claire craft their champagnes using winemaking techniques that involve stainless steel tanks, barrels, large oak casks, and porcelain eggs. As grape growers and winemakers, they have been certified organic since 2021 and cultivate 13 hectares, slightly more than half of which is planted with Pinot Noir on a historic Meunier terroir.
