This cuvée, born of a traditional blend, has been aged for a long time on laths. The nose oscillates elegantly between white fruits, dried flowers, hints of citrus and fine honey notes. On the palate, we discover the vinous complexity that is the strength of great blends. Serve with grilled poultry.

Maxime Blin

Champagne Maxime Blin is a family-owned estate located in Trigny, in the heart of the Saint-Thierry Massif. Growing grapes exclusively on the sandy terroir of this Champagne wine-growing region, the estate produces single-vineyard cuvées that showcase the distinctive character of Trigny. Maxime and Claire craft their champagnes using winemaking techniques that involve stainless steel tanks, barrels, large oak casks, and porcelain eggs. As grape growers and winemakers, they have been certified organic since 2021 and cultivate 13 hectares, slightly more than half of which is planted with Pinot Noir on a historic Meunier terroir.
