Delicate columns of bubbles rise gracefully to form an elegant collar. The nose reveals delicious aromas of Vieille Prune, golden apple and apricot. The palate, with its remarkable structure, offers a pleasant minerality, and a particularly fresh finish with beautiful bitters. Impressive length. Enjoy with vitello tonnato.

Pascal Devilliers

Building on a legacy of expertise passed down through four generations, Pascal has been managing, alongside his wife Florence, the small 2-hectare family vineyard since 1993, cultivating the land with respect for its Premier Cru terroir. Based in Ville-Dommange, a charming little village in the Montagne de Reims region, he produces his wines without malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of his vintages, which he releases only after they have rested for several years on slats. The estate offers tours and tastings, as well as a guesthouse.
