A beautiful Pinot Meunier bursting with pleasure (with finesse), with a luscious fruitiness of mirabelle plums and exotic fruits against a backdrop of fragrant flowers. We love its pep and crispness, but also its tenderness and patina. A cuvée for a Comté cheese, for example.

Houssart

Managing his micro-vineyard of barely one hectare, Romain Houssart produces 6,000 bottles annually. All of the domaine’s vineyard plots are located in Chamery and offer a great diversity of soils with sands, marls and clay. The champagne is produced in an artisanal manner and Romain does all of the blending, maturation and bottling.
