The chimney-like effervescence accompanies a brilliant carmine-salmon color with onion-peel highlights. The blend, made from 1er crus, gives this wine its racy character. Complex, spicy aromas rub shoulders with notes of strawberry, raspberry, greengage, cookie and exotic dried fruits and honey. The palate is inviting and supple, with a creamy, chalky character. The finish offers a subtle vinosity. Enjoy with a fine pâté en croûte.

Located in Ludes, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, primarily classified as Grands Crus (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) and Premiers Crus (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand). The care taken in the vineyard extends to winemaking that is as natural as possible, followed by selective harvesting to ensure quality. The wines are neither enzymatically treated nor fined, to preserve their body and aromas. Only the “cuvée” juices are used: the first and best juices that flow from the press.
