Initially discreet, the nose warms up to reveal aromas of pear juice and elderflower, as well as a very pleasant vegetal side. On the palate, the delicate bubbles combine with greedy notes of peach pie, before a slight bitterness on the finish gives the wine energy.

Located in Ludes, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, primarily classified as Grands Crus (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) and Premiers Crus (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand). The care taken in the vineyard extends to winemaking that is as natural as possible, followed by selective harvesting to ensure quality. The wines are neither enzymatically treated nor fined, to preserve their body and aromas. Only the “cuvée” juices are used: the first and best juices that flow from the press.
