Baked lemongrass and stone fruit (apricot tart) mark the concentrated nose, full of freshness. The bubbles are defined with a soufflé mousse. The harmonious palate is also contrasted, clean, fresh and airy, with stone fruit and red apple. Dry and sapid, this cuvée can be enjoyed from aperitif to table.

Located in Ludes, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, primarily classified as Grands Crus (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) and Premiers Crus (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand). The care taken in the vineyard extends to winemaking that is as natural as possible, followed by selective harvesting to ensure quality. The wines are neither enzymatically treated nor fined, to preserve their body and aromas. Only the “cuvée” juices are used: the first and best juices that flow from the press.
