The pale pink color of this wine, like the complexion of an Englishwoman, is immediately tender. Juicy pear aromas seduce. The palate is lively and elegant, reminiscent of cherry pit and rose, yellow-fleshed fruits. The little bitterness on the finish just makes you salivate and think about a second glass.

Located in Ludes, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, primarily classified as Grands Crus (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) and Premiers Crus (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand). The care taken in the vineyard extends to winemaking that is as natural as possible, followed by selective harvesting to ensure quality. The wines are neither enzymatically treated nor fined, to preserve their body and aromas. Only the “cuvée” juices are used: the first and best juices that flow from the press.
