Crystal-clear pale lemon color, nose of lemon juice and peel, with a whiff of fresh sour paste and white floral notes. The bubbles are mineralized and crisp on the chalky mousse. The palate is dazzling and energizing, salivating and sapid, with a tantalizing touch of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) competing with the long, mineral, thirst-quenching finish. A Côte des Blancs to party all night long!

Petit et Bajan

On this small 3-hectare family estate, Richard Petit and Véronique Bajan combine their vines in fertile areas: one owns vines in Avize, a great terroir on the Côte des Blancs, the other in Verzenay, a structuring grand cru on the northern Reims mountain. There are few wines in the range, but each cuvée is well thought-out. Particular attention is paid to presentation, with elegant bottles. A fine house with unfortunately limited production, but one we highly recommend.
