The 10% red Pinot Noir from Verzenay is blended with Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs in this cuvée, with its light salmon color. The palate is appetizing, taut and vinous, with a spicy finish, making it a perfect match for grilled red mullet fillets.

Petit et Bajan

On this small 3-hectare family estate, Richard Petit and Véronique Bajan combine their vines in fertile areas: one owns vines in Avize, a great terroir on the Côte des Blancs, the other in Verzenay, a structuring grand cru on the northern Reims mountain. There are few wines in the range, but each cuvée is well thought-out. Particular attention is paid to presentation, with elegant bottles. A fine house with unfortunately limited production, but one we highly recommend.
