An unclaimed 2013 vintage with a pure, intense nose in the image of the great chardonnay vintages of Avize, Cramant and Oger. The palate reveals beautiful bitters, long-lasting aromas with sapidity and a chalky touch. With a pure, zesty finish, this cuvée is ideal as an aperitif with verrines of mackerel marinated in citrus fruit.

Petit et Bajan

On this small 3-hectare family estate, Richard Petit and Véronique Bajan combine their vines in fertile areas: one owns vines in Avize, a great terroir on the Côte des Blancs, the other in Verzenay, a structuring grand cru on the northern Reims mountain. There are few wines in the range, but each cuvée is well thought-out. Particular attention is paid to presentation, with elegant bottles. A fine house with unfortunately limited production, but one we highly recommend.
