The nose of this cuvée, with its yellow color and golden highlights, is discreet and pure. The bubbles and mousse are crystalline. This crystalline crispness continues into a rich, gourmand mouthfeel, with crisp freshness and juicy, salty yellow fruits (stone and tropical) leading to a long, salivating finish.

Isabelle and Xavier Thévenet like to describe themselves as artisan winemakers guided by values—passion and commitment—instilled in them by their parents and grandparentswhom they think of as they craft their wines—some of which are produced in batches of no more than 500 bottles—from plots located on both banks of the Marne Valley and one on the Grauves terroir south of Épernay on the Côte des Blancs. Spanning about ten hectares dominated by the Meunier grape, their estate now benefits from the expertise of one of their daughters, an oenologist currently working at another champagne house.
